I highly recommend it
I bought this slowcooker last year and only regret that I did not buy it sooner. We are a 2 person household which may surprise you, seeing this thing is BIG, but we both work and dont have much time to cook. I use this sloow cooker on average twice a week. It cooks enough to feed 8-10 people easily so we eat dinner, save enough leftovers for lunch the next day, and freeze the rest. We do not like to eat the same things over and over again, so this really works out. If however you do not have a freezer then buy a smaller one.
There is no temperature setting but that isnt a bad thing. The cooker cooks at high for the first 2 hours then switches to a lower setting. The digital timer is great and easy to set but the minimum time is 4 hours so if your food is cooked before that time, you cannot stop the machine except by unplugging it. Once the time is up the cooker keeps food on warm for up to 4 hours.
I have cooked beans, roasts, stews, curries and soups and have never had any problems. It is easy to clean, food has never stuck to the enamel pot. It is great to leave for work in the morning and come back to a hot, homemade meal. I am American and grew up using a Crock pot at home and it took years for me to find one here in Germany and I am glad I did. i love my slow cooker!

Mit kleinen Einschränkungen, ein sehr gutes Produkt.
Das Gerät ist leicht zu bedienen und zu reinigen. Das erste Gulasch, das wir darin bereitet haben, war butterzart und eine Offenbarung. Die langsame Garung ist nicht nur was für Singles die ihn morgens anstellen und wenn sie von der Arbeit kommen, ist das Hauptgericht fertig.
Der einzigen Kritikpunkte sind: Es ist keine Zeit unter 4 Stunden einstellbar (was bei einigen Rezepten notwendig wäre, um was hinzuzufügen und dann noch 1 Stunden weiter zu kochen) und dass man keine unterschiedlichen Temperaturen einstellen kann (low/high).

Super Topf
Hallo liebe Profi- und Hobbyköche.
Leider habe ich den Topf aus Zeitgründen bisher nur 2 x einsetzen können;
aber - ich muss sagen - mit vollem Erfolg. Alle "Mitesser" waren begeistert. Leicht zu reinigen ist er auch noch. Das Teil wird bei mir zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnen.
